Happy New Year!!!!

Happy New Year everyone!! Hope you all had a safe and an awesome Christmas and New Years! The Holiday’s are officially over at the Kretschmar household. I took down the tree and put away all the Christmas decorations. {They are sitting in 4 large totes in the dining room waiting for my husband to take them downstairs, we will see how long it takes before they get moved πŸ˜‰}
I loved my Christmas tree this year, it was sad to take it down, but figured if I didn’t do it soon it might end up being up all year.

Well, we spent our first Christmas, as husband and wife! 😊 It’s still taking some time getting used to being married at least the status of it. Everyone kept asking, how’s married life treating you? Well nothing has really changed other than my last name. We’ve been together for so long it’s just another day with a new last name and a joint bank account. He just loves that part! Haha! We ended up spending Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with his side of the family since his sister was home and then went to my mother’s that following Saturday. But, it has definitely been hard trying to figure out how to spend the holidays with all of our families. Luckily, we have compromised and if we spend Thanksgiving with one side we spend Christmas with the other. It’s worked so far, so I’ll keep my fingers crossed it keeps working!
I didn’t get too many pictures this Christmas, sorta bummed but here is one of my nephew, Mason, opening up his presents! He was so excited to get a Mr. & Mrs Potato Head he played with them all night.

Enough about Christmas what about this brand new year we just started!!!
❕2⃣0⃣1⃣5⃣❕
I’m sorry I haven’t blogged lately, it’s been hard not having a computer. We will be getting one here in the next couple weeks when we make a trip to Sioux Falls after he gets home from his snowmobiling trip. I can’t wait!!!! Right now I’m writing this on my phone and it’s not the easiest. One of my resolutions or goals for 2015 is to keep this awesome blog going and have weekly and even sometimes daily posts! I have some cool ideas for posts finally!!Everyone always makes resolutions at the beginning of a new year but, how many people actually stick to them and accomplish what they want? I know I’m not perfect and I haven’t accomplished previous goals I have set, so this year this blog is gonna help me achieve them. I hope my followers help me stick to them! I’ll help you if you help me?
My 5 goals for 2015 are ….. Drum roll please…..

1⃣ Finish my entryway remodel/painting project that I started and didn’t finish and start the upstairs remodel for the daycare {See not very good at finishing things I start. I want to get over that bad habit}
2⃣ Blogging consistently and frequently! {told ya}
3⃣ Organize my small house {yes, this is a big one and will take me awhile but, room by room it will happen}
4⃣ Cut my grocery bill down by making meal plans and sticking to them!
5⃣ Put away more money in savings to buy new furniture and my new vehicle.

There are my 5 goals for 2015! Once I finish the 1st five I will make a new list to accomplish! I didn’t want to set my goals to high or have a lot of them. I sometimes become overwhelmed and get stressed out for no reason but, I think these 5 should be good! .

What are your resolutions or goals for the year? How do you stick to them? I would love to hear your input and those goals! Maybe we could help each other out!

Happy 2015 and for tomorrow …..
Go Cowboys!!! πŸ’™πŸˆπŸ’™
